black forest cake (in a jar)

it seems these days everything is getting jammed into a jar
so why not a whole cake ?
An idea I came up with for my book
{to clarify a little oops in my book my friend Kari made the apron see post below.........me the cake in the jar}

so easy to do
layering as you fill
one easy peasy
way to take a cake anywhere
the only thing required is a very long serving spoon

{xox}

wee little note......
a party without a cake
is just a meeting

  6. Oh my word, what a fantastic creation. I'm not sure I've ever seen such a huge jar, it's a show stopper of an idea and I love how you have the apron to match. One thing though, please don't say you ate it all by yourself :)

  19. teehheee...YOU ARE RIGHT. "...just a meeting." Absolutely!

    Good morning Koralee! What a fantastic idea this is to put all the ingredients in a jar. A long spoon is all you need and a happy heart. Oh how you make me happy!

    Be well today; do you know that after an entire weekend of gardening, now MY BACK is sore! Fingers crossed that its just sore and not out-a-whack again!

    Big but gentle hugs to you....Anita

  26. Good morning Koralee! YOU ARE BUSY THIS MONTH! I have a nice list of people who are wanting to participate, but I should have thought about May being indeed a busy month for teachers and moms!

    I hope you are well today; my back is much better, but I wonder if a pinched nerve has done something to my facial muscles; I have been feeling a slight tingling on my face and head!!!!!!

    OK, I think I better make a doctor's appointment but I feel fine, but just wondering why my face has this slight tingling feeling on the surface. Oh well.

    Thank you so much for making over to say high. This cherry cake in a jar is such a fun and unexpected way to serve up some FRIENDSHIP for a party!

    Much love to you dear one. Anita
