black forest cake (in a jar)
it seems these days everything is getting jammed into a jar
so why not a whole cake ?
An idea I came up with for my book
{to clarify a little oops in my book my friend Kari made the apron see post below.........me the cake in the jar}
so easy to do
layering as you fill
one easy peasy
way to take a cake anywhere
the only thing required is a very long serving spoon
{xox}
wee little note......
a party without a cake
is just a meeting

Looks delicious....and yes I thought but how do I get it out? Love the idea and loving you too!

Oh my, that is gorgeous! There is something about the overthetopness (I made that word up just for your cake) that makes me happy like a little kid! Oooh, and I have a really long handled wooden spoon that will be perfect..I'll be right over..hehe.. xo
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about your jar cake is...that you used such a big jar!!! I'll take one of those please!!!

ReplyDeleteGood morning Koralee! YOU ARE BUSY THIS MONTH! I have a nice list of people who are wanting to participate, but I should have thought about May being indeed a busy month for teachers and moms!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are well today; my back is much better, but I wonder if a pinched nerve has done something to my facial muscles; I have been feeling a slight tingling on my face and head!!!!!!
OK, I think I better make a doctor's appointment but I feel fine, but just wondering why my face has this slight tingling feeling on the surface. Oh well.
Thank you so much for making over to say high. This cherry cake in a jar is such a fun and unexpected way to serve up some FRIENDSHIP for a party!
