It is like the swine flu and I have caught this baking in hot weather disease too:) I hate to break this to you but there is no cure for our baking insanity! I just love to play with Flour no matter what the temperature:) Joyce

Goodness, I said the same thing to my family yesterday while I baked a batch of yummy chocolate chip cookies. It was warm, but the cookies were soooo worth it!
