~ Pure Enchantment ~

Window Shopping
Everyone loves to do it!

Whimsical Fun
Pure Make Believe
Enchanting
Magical
Best Place...any major city
Best Season... a week or two before Christmas
Best Time....Night

All of us girls
in our home love to make a trip into
Vancouver or Seattle
at Christmastime
we walk up and down the busy streets
{best if done at night and snow is falling}
peeking at the imaginary worlds
so cleverly displayed
in the shop windows

Just another reason to get excited for the Christmas Season
{as if we really needed another reason}

the above window display was
designed by Beluga-creative platform
located in Paris, France

This is one of my ultimate favorite things to do during Christmas too! In fact, I can't wait to spend Christmas in Paris one year because I dream of their window 'stories'!

Yes, I love the idea of shopping as theatre, and, just like an evening of arts, you don't have to take your mistakes home.

Mmmm...Window shopping, lightly falling snow, looking for gifts for those we love, dreaming,
stopping for coffee or hot chocolate to check my list...wishing you PEACE in this ordinarily hustle, bustle time of year!
Blessings!

Hi Koralee!
This is such a magical window dressing!
If money were no object, it would be great to do something this elaborate in my classroom window! Can you just imagine the wide eyes!

My daughter, Rachael, was in Seattle twice this year for work. While there, she stopped in Vancouver to visit a cousin studying Graphic Media Art there.
Rachael just LOVED both cities!
We'll be in NYC early in December... Your photo makes me excited to go!
All the best to you, Koralee~ Hope you're having a great week~ Maria

We always took the kids to Chicago to see the store windows, eat roasted chestnuts and shop. We would have lunch in Marshall Fields, load the car with shopping bags. We all loved it and it made great holiday memories.
