Good evening dearest! Thank you for coming to my tea party and leaving me such sweet comments. You are always a breath of fresh air! I love your holiday list and the photo of those great socks is so vibrant and happy!!! THANK YOU for always lifting my spirits. How are you dear one? God bless your heart. Anita
Merry Chirstmas Koralee!
Love everything on your list, including the cozy warm socks (is that you?). Your are so right to never let go of those traditions from your childhood. I find they grow more precious the older I get.
Enjoy your Sunday!
I love tradition...even if we have thrown it all out the window. We sat at Epcot tonight commenting that we still couldn't quite believe we were spending Christmas in Florida. This is our 3rd year and it still feels strange...but fun (and exhausting)!
I wish I could wear wool socks, they are cute! I can't wear wool...itchy.
I do love traditions....continue carrying those special memories from one generation to another...that binds a family together.
Blessings to you this day for all the JOY you share!
Such a sweet blog!!!! Spent some time getting to know you and your blog! Love it...will follow to keep up with you...Have a fabulous Christmas and stop over when time permits, xoxo~Kathy @ Sweet Up-North Mornings...

Hi Koralee,thank-you for your lovely Christmas greetings.I am writting this post this morning feeling extra Chistmassy, snow is falling here(not very common in this part of the UK) and I have purchased a fluffy pillar box red robe with hood that I am now wearing!I love that you are true to your Christmas traditions, they are so imortant and help bind family friends and community together. What a gorgeous, humorous shot you have taken with a montage of Christmas traditions, you are such a creative lady Koralee! Wishing you the best Christmas ever with your family and friends! Sharon xoxoxox

I have so many wonderful childhood Xmas memories.Decorating the tree with my father is one.He always liked to get some cotton wool and place it along the branches to look like snow.He loved all the traditions and getting all the family together.Miss you Dad.

I do too, Koralee. I think that we all take our childhood memories and traditions into every Christmas, with us.....and then, along with the old memories, we then make our own, new ones, for our children to take with them. XXXX
Your photo is soooo adorable!! I keep my childhood memories alive also. I can't live without them. It would not feel like Christmas.
Hope you have had a cosy weekend Koralee. We are feeling very festive now - Kitty xxx

Koralee, I love your holiday memories my dear!
Have a Merry Christmas! and Magic throughout the entire holiday.

Traditions are SO important! I just lost my Dad in October, and my Mom will go to a nursing home soon after Christmas. I made Christmas cookies (using her recipe) at her house this afternoon. When my brother and his wife came in (after delays at the airport)
the wonderful aroma was the first thing that greeted them. Then my brother spotted the cookies. I was pleased that before I even got a hug, he reached for a cookie with an understanding look of childish delight! I think for a second we both felt like kids again!
It doesn't take long for great new ideas to become family traditions, though. The whole point, I think, is shared memories. Don't you agree?
Love these traditions. How wonderful are those socks!!!!
