{sweet sweet ME time}

Happy Midweek
*
we are halfway to a bloomingly sweet weekend
my plans are to stay
in my cozy home and
take good care of myself
*
~my feet are going up
~i am going to surround myself with loveliness
~ watch the flower buds in
my garden burst open
~soak in a tub full of luscious bubbles
~paint my toenails a beautiful shade of lavender
and
~feed myself from
the well of
sweetness
*
I can't wait
only 2 more days
*sigh*
maybe I will even take a nap....
when was the last time you did that?!
*

Lavendar toes, a soak in a tub of bubbles and a long nap sound like the perfect way to spend your weekend time. Enjoy each and every moment. Treat yourself like a Queen. Off to read yesterday's posting more closely. All about women who create, love it already.

Sweet Dreams,

Sounds perfect to me. I actually take naps fairly often but the favorite day of the week to take a nap is Sunday. There is something about that day that feels as if it is more legal or something. Nothing like a Sunday afternoon nap. Ooooh Lavender toe nails I like that, Have a wonderfully, bubbbly weekend. Kathysue

Sounds like heaven. And what is the occasion? Just because? That's the best. I love the way you put the days of the week on the flower photo! Adorable! Charlene

I take short naps at least 2 times a week.

The only way I can unwind after a long day is by taking a bath-Nothing relaxes me like a good soak!

Sounds like a perfect day! Hope it all goes as planned. I am so loving watching all about your beautiful area on the Olympic coverage. (Yes, I am still glued to my tv... Glad it only lasts 17 days!!!) Hope you get those toenails painted. And enjoy those blooms for us! My garden is buried under three feet of snow still, but I am hoping it will be here before I know it!

Thats wonderful..I think you should paint every toe nail a different color, just to be cute! You have flowers blooming in your garden there? Now I am really jealous! ;D

It's in those little indulgences Koralee, that we find the physical strength to get back on our feet! I was off yesterday, and even though I didn't get to give my feet a lavender soak as I had planned, the rest of the day was quiet, lovely and peaceful! Beautiful world you have going here!!!

Good morning Koralee, Thanks for visiting.

When I coddle myself I paint each toe a different color-according to season. Right now I am heading toward spring with turquoise, pink, lime green, coral, and golden yellow. It makes me happy to look at my rainbow-toes.

Love and have a joyous weekend,

Great Idea! I'm thinking very much the same thoughts! I have lots of jobs to do, I'm going to get a wriggle on over the weekend so I can relax over my week off!

Roll on the weekend Koralee! Sounds like you have got a lovely few days ahead. I love a weekend when you have no plans at all and can stay cosy at home. Nothing like curling up on the sofa with a blanket, cup of tea and having a sneaky afternoon sleep :-)

Hi Koralee!
I'm enjoying a little ME time right now :)
We were dismissed shortly after noon due to "inclement weather."

What a snowy week ~ but as they say en français... C'est février! It's February!

I WISH flowers could bloom here in February ~ ...for now, they bloom in my kitchen :)

Relax & Enjoy your weekend dear ♥

You certainly deserve every ounce of all that "sweetness"! As for a nap...remember, I have an empty nest...I actually get to do that on weekends sometimes.

Hello fellow Vancouverite. What a beautiful blog you have here. I found my way over here from Calm Energy. You are very creative and I will definitely look for that magazine shown below. My workspace could really use a makeover.
BTW I see the Asian characters in the comment above. It has been my experience that they are from porn sites or timeshare sites and it is best to remove them or they keep coming back.

Lori E said...

Of course I had to follow along and grab your badge too. Want to make sure I come back here.
