yummy!!! i made sugar cookies this past weekend too; but it was disasterous because I doubled the butter thinking I was going to double the entire recipe only to change my mind about all the other ingredients...

the cookies melted into one big blob..and were greasy..one cookie was like eating a plate of french fries! yikes!

I'll try again, you've put me in the mood!lol
