{I know.... I should have hearts or flowers or love things
up as my image...but this image touched my heart today....
the only time I ever tried to knit was when we were
first married...I tried to make my sweetie a scarf....
Big Mistake....I soon discovered knitting was not my thing...
it was one huge mess...but he wore it anyways...now that's LOVE.}

Yes...that's a good man :) That is actually ALL I can knit...a stright scarf....and then nobody wears them :) So I have only done two...and they are sitting in the closet as proof that I did it :)

Happy Anniversary to you & your DH! I had to laugh when I read about your scarf - I did much the same thing, only mine was a sock. (Note the singular use of the word 'sock'). According to the lady at the knitting store I could make a pair of socks in six months for his Christmas present - no problem. Hah. I knitted and I knitted, and I knitted and (well, you get the picture) and STILL only had ONE done in time. Never again will I attempt to knit him socks!!
