Jan produces beautiful handcrafted

silhouette pieces

Each object is cut by hand and matched

to 18th or 19th century paper,

which she uses as background.

Her designs include

framed pieces, beveled glass ornament

and jewelry

I fell in love with her and her work.

She is the type of person you just want to

HUG!

Jan was so generous to donate 2 pieces

that I popped into my suitcase

just for you

She let me pick any beveled glass ornament I wanted

and so I thought this

lovely little bird silhouette would be perfectly suited

for a bluebird notes giveaway

this little glass bottle with a vintage brass tag

and papers is the other adorable piece
