Thanks, Koralee,I usually have my "happy heart" and that is exactly how I find it. Today I am not feeling good physically and I it is eluding me. I think the key is just what you have said...time to done something for others. I have three friends who I am making Halloween boxes for. Time to get busy with those. I know it will make my happy heart come back!

as i read this it makes me think of the things that made me happy(est) today ~ sharing a piece of cheesecake with a friend @ lunch...getting a text from my sister saying she has patty pan squash for me...taking my 5 yr old grandson for a haircut...watching him enjoy a soft pretzel afterwards...coming home to my hubby and a warm house...BEAR snoring under my work table...
