{a weekend SMILE....just for you}

....it enriches those who
receive it,
without impoverishing those
who give,
it happens in a flash
and the memory of it
sometimes last forever,
it creates happiness in the
home,
fosters
goodwill in a business
and is the
countersign of friends,
it is rest to the weary,
daylight to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad
and nature's best
antidote for trouble
yet it cannot be bought,
borrowed,
begged
or
stolen,
for it is something
that is no earthly good
to anybody
'til it is given away
~unknown
....so give freely today and smile your little heart out

Bonjour ma cherie, sweet Syd is beautiful. Her smile is soooo beautiful.
I love the color of your background, your header and the new side bar photos. Refreshing, soft, sweet and bright!
We are still in France, it's wonderful here, the environment, the hospitality, just about anything. Tomorrow we will be off with a big picknick basket. The weather will not be that warm though. It's all about the idea and the fun will still be all that FUN.
Much love for a loveliest new week, happy baking today! xxxx

Well greetings... my long lost friend,
It has been so very, very, long...I regret that life has been filled to the brim with things to do, people to enjoy, events to savor. I fear it will stay crazy for quite some time as the season of sparkle is almost upon us.
We are decking the halls on Saturday at 1:00 and would LOVE to have you join our merry band for a few hours of fun...let me know if this fits into your busy schedule.
Your posts ALWAYS make me grin ear to ear...will be back for a cuppa very soon...love rosie
