Hi Koralee,
I am more of a savoury person and I don't eat cakes very often but Lemon Meringue is an exception.....I LOVE it. It takes me back to my childhood too as my Mum usd to make it. Delicious. XXXX

Oh dear....this is it...this is IT FOR ME! Koralee, growing up in California meant that we always had lemon, lime, apple and various other fruit trees and so my mom would make THE BEST PIES and lemon meringue was one of them. The homemade lemon curd was beyond understanding!!!! You really have a fine taste and the sweetest tooth to KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOOD! I still have to try your macaroons! I made a sweet cherry pie yesterday for our Thanksgiving meal and it was yummy except that I had a problem that I never have had with fruit pies...it was WATERY! What in the world did I forget? All in all, we had such a fun time and what a turkey; I make a marinade sauce called SOFRITO, a Puerto-Rican must-have for all meats. WOWOWWWW! I love having a spicy heritage!

MUCH LOVE TO YOU DEAREST AND I GAVE THANKS as I always do, for lovely friends in my life like you! Bises, Anita
