{you are not here by mistake...}

...around the world and down through the ages
there has never been another you,
and there will never be another you.
The miracle of your existence is not in your hands.
You are here for a purpose.
You have something that only you can give to the world.
Take time to consider what that is.
{from the book One...How many people does it take to make a difference?}
~
If we have never been amazed by the very
fact that we exist,
we are squandering the greatest fact of all

I was watching It's a wonderful life at Christams and when they remove Goerge Baily as if he never existed, it made me think how many peoples lives we touch and something we do for people has an effect on them, no matter how small. If we were not here how many of those lives would have gone a different way had we not been involved. Even in the smallest way.

This is something I think about every single day...wondering about my purpose. I also think about it in terms of my children. I watch them laugh or play, just being who they are and I am so amazed by the fact that this person once never existed and now...here they are. It is all so mind boggling.

I TRULY BELIEVE THAT,
WE ARE HERE FOR A PURPOSE.
SOME HAVE THE CHANCE TO KNOW WHAT THAT IS, AND MANY OTHERS NEVER FIND OUT. I THINK ABOUT THIS A LOT, I THINK I MIGHT HAVE AN IDEA WHY I AM HERE, BUT NOT REALLY CERTAIN.
STILL SEARCHING. RIZZI

Lovely inspiration to share with us. Delight in our own gifts to the world, yes, and recognize them for what they are. It's easy to get lost in the messy everyday and forget the wonder of our lives. Thanks for the reminder.

Sometimes I've glanced at a stranger passing by and noticed that our eyes met and we entered each others world for just a moment. I've been struck by the fact that there are so many people in this world that I will never ever know, and yet our heavenly Father knows each of us, our thoughts, our needs, our desires, and the very number of hairs on our heads! And when we pray we have his undivided attention! It's mind~ boggling!
Great pic to illustrate your quotes, Koralee! Perfect! Thank you for sharing your gifts with us every day! And thanks for another thought~provoking and inspiring post!
You are truly remarkable,my friend!
Blessings!
