I have never cooked rhubarb, and only rarely eaten it in a strawberry rhubarb pie. On the other hand, I have often had pink tulips!

My pretty, pretty Koralee! Oh dearest, I have tears in my eyes as I read you comment! I KNOW THE PAIN! I had it really bad last night and TODAY....NOTHING!!!! What in the world...we did something to our backs and nerves my dear. I am so sorry to know that you are in pain. Did you go into your classroom? We had parent/student/teacher conferences and portfolio presentations yesterday and it went well. I had twings here and there, but staying UP and walking about is better. Then this morning I had a small meeting with the other English teachers and it was a magical time. We were able to chat for a bit and they looked at my blog and saw the other side of me....we had a blast. I got to see the "GIRL" in these FINE TEACHERS but the another two hour DISTRICT MEETING was required. But the magic lasted. I came home to an UNBELIEVABLE gift that came from someone...sheesh, I just wanted to celebrate EVERYONE'S Bday, but the love is so huge out here....OOOOOOOOO!!!!! I GOT YOUR CARD! I LOVE THAT FROG! My husband laughed and said he loves the FROG TOO! teeeeeheeeeeee! And of course the glitter, well dearest, YOU KNOW ME!

My darling friend, may the pink blush of beauty and healing touch your body and bring you back to health...I WILL PRAY AGAIN REALLLLLLLLLLY HARD! This has to stop!

MUCH LOVE and BIG HUGS, Anita

Happy Belated Good Friday, or as my pastor said last night "Great Friday!". We watched over 50 folks get baptized last night!!! Very cool! :) I can't wait for Sunday!!! Enjoy the sunshine today...and blessings to your weekend. I wish you Rose colored glasses tomorrow...as it might rain and dampen the spirit a bit...but even if it rains...there will be SONshine all over!!!

Hi Koralee!
Happy and very Pretty Friday & Saturday & Sunday to you!
I just finished assembling Easter baskets {really cute shopping bags} for my other two nieces ... and will be relaxing with a little cuppa in a few minutes!
Our supermarkets have rhubarb now, but it's just in the crowning stages in my gardens. Oh I can't wait to have a BIG spoonful of rhubarb anything ~ it will be here before I know it! I'll have to wait for my summertime visit to Texas to bring Jason one of his favorite desserts... basically strawberry rhubarb anything!
{crisp, pie, cake!}
Koralee, I wish you and your family a JOYOUS Easter!
Bless you always*
~Maria
