~I am thankful for my "McHappy" ~

I want you to meet my squirrel friend
"McHappy"

I got him for .50 cents at a second hand store
his happy little face just spoke to me
his new home is on my kitchen window ledge
where I can see him everyday

"McHappy" is always Happy
when my daughters are in a bad mood
I remind them to take a peek at "Happy McHappy"
he always turns their frowns into smiles.....
{well 95% of the time... the other 5% of the time they want to throw him at me}
I know it is a silly little thing.....but it works

while using coconut in a recipe the other day
my girls had the idea of sticking
our McHappy in the snow
I think they have grown attached to this little guy too
~
Today I am honoured to be a guest blogger over at
I feel so blessed to call Anne Marie my friend
please go visit her
you will be ever so enchanted by her sweet
take on life
her energy is endless
and her family and farm adorable
Thank you my friend.

I just bought myself my own version of a "McHappy" - a little vintage duck with a tiny vase attached. He is living on my windowsill just like Mr. Squirrel. I think I will call my duck McHappy...a good ring to it!

Hi Koralee Sweetie...
Oh I SO LOVE McHappy. Is he sweet or what? I know that would turn my frown upside down. What a deal on him as well. You always find the cutest darn things. LOVE it. Thank you for sharing sweet one.

This is the Miracle Weekend makeover. I am one of the hosting sites. For every comment left, Guideposts magazine will pay a dollar, to the next cancer makeover patient. Please stop by and read the story about 9 year old Charlie, and bless me with a comment. Out goal between the 4 or 5 blogs is 5,000. I know we can do it. I would appreciate it, if you pass the word around to as many friends as possible.

Thank you sweetie for a wonderful post. I love it. Have a glorious weekend. Country hugs from Phoenix, Sherry

I loved your post over at NaDa Farm. We have some new neighbors that just moved in, two houses down. We didn't get over there to meet this this weekend because of my nieces wedding. But this coming Saturday, I plan to stop by to say welcome to the neighborhood.
