I like my spuds any way I can get them! I've always been a huge fan and I truly think I would die if I weren't allowed to have them any more. I grew up eating mashed potatoes covered with (real) butter and cucumber relish. Probably an acquired taste!!

This is Sooooo adorable! And I am a big fan of those magazines :-)
Have a wonderful day.

Coco Rose Diaries said...

Oh goodness me, how great are they! LOVE THEM TO BITS! I love potatoes any which way, just love them. I could eat them all day long actually. Such a versatile food.....and I just need to try a spud hug!

We start the term next week and it will be a shock after a lazy summer holiday!

Take care!

Oh golly, any food would taste great in a pretty fabric covered cup like that! So pretty!!! Spud Hugs sound so cute! I don't know if Mashed-Potatoes-With-Gravy or Scalloped-Potatoes would ever forgive me if I gave their first and second place standing away to any other spud, cute or not. :-) But being a potato (and doughnut) lover, I say bring on the competition!!
Congratulations on being published again! I would love to enter your giveaway!!

I remember family vacations when my uncle would go to a small mom and pop store and bring back fresh little doughnuts every morning. They were the best I ever had! They weren't presented as beautifully as yours but they were sure delish! Is the recipe in the magazine? They'd be perfect for brunch, now wouldn't they? *yummers!*
I am gearing up for the new school year as I know you are. Room prep and meetings this week. Meet Your Teacher Day next Tuesday and classes begin on Wednesday. Here.we.go!

HI Koralee!
I love these cups. I also love the way muffins and cupcakes look in liners like this. Chris' french fries were served in a wrapped liner at a restaurant we stopped at last week. They looked extra special that way! Spud hugs is such a cute name for your potato treats.
How were your first two days at school? I am back tomorrow for another day of meetings. It's also orientation day for the fifth graders. Oh they'll be so nervous and excited at the same time!

I wish you a wonderful week ahead ~
Thank you for all the JOY here at Bluebird Notes*
