~swept off my feet ~

 today's questions......

how can you not smile
when you see this photo?

where have these little bits of fuzzy joy been all my life?

wouldn't you like to roll around in thousands of these fluffy pretties?

am I completely loopy?

YOU BET

these little guys make me soooo happy
i could make them all day long...everyday.. non-stop
i am totally enamoured by these sweeties
i think i am in a pom-pom spell
they are highly addicting

now to make things even better.....
just add a bit of pretty fabric

string them all together..
.
JUBILANCE x100

just call me crazy........
but I dare you to give these a go and see what happens
my girls are hooked too
my husband wants to call the loony bin and have us all committed

hope to visit you all soon....if you don't hear from me for awhile
you know what I am busy doing

I made those with the six-years-old in my class ! They love it as much as you !
In springtime we made yellow-ones to be little chicks ( kuikentjes ) and brown ones to be little easterbunnies ....
you can also make magic-ones using all kind of fabrics and colors and some gold !
I love adding gold always .....

So cute! And to paraphrase a quote from the Alice in Wonderland movie: I am afraid you are mad, crazy, bonkers... but don't worry. All the best people are. ;-) I totally understand the love of these pom poms. They are adorable!

Dear Koralee, I make pom poms for all my baby hats as I think there's nothing cuter than a little fuzzy thing on top of a fuzzy hat! When you trim them, there is fuzz all over, though! Funny!
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Hi Koralee,

I love your sweet pompoms and it was something we used to love making as kids, in fact it was not long ago I made some to sew on a little pair of baby slippers I made for a friend.

Hope that you are having a lovely week

HOW IN THE WORLD DID I MISS THIS????

Oh dearest, THANK YOU FOR VISITING WHILE WAITING FOR THE PAINTERS!!!!! Hey, first of all, I just went in this morning for my LAST chiropractor visit! I feel great. He told me to just keep up the exercises!!! Whew..now I have to not LIFT such heavy objects! AND YOU...white walls, huh? I believe in white walls. THEN....you can add all your color that you want and it will be nice on the eyes. Oh dear one, how happy I am for you! Now you sit quietly, enjoy your tea, the moment, and when the painters come, may they give you a great deal!!!! HAPPY DAY KORALEE MY FRIEND! Anita

Hello? Loony Bin? Do you have an opening for one more?
Cause I need to be committed too! Crafting of any sort makes me nutty with glee! I'm in the middle of crocheting a hot pink and cream table cloth or throw right now...and I'm completely obsessed with making a huge pile of squares!!

So nice to hear from you...I've been missing in action myself these days, but then summer always throws my regular routine into a flux! lol

Have fun creative one!

Ciao Bella!

LOL!! LOVE THIS!! My husband has similar feelings about me and my baking/blogging addiction. I, also, have fallen under the spell of all the beautiful yarn that is now available, and no, I cannot knit either!! I remember learning to make pom-poms at camp, and I can still make a cute pom-pom animal!!
I really appreciate your visits and comments. They really make a blogger newby smile!! Thanks friend!! Jina

I was thinking that it is coming up to Autumn (Fall) there and then that thought lead to one of cooler weather and then finally settling on Christmas.

I think a beautiful pom pom Christmas garland would be lovely, don't ya think?

I am still learning each day and realise how different life is for the younger generation .
They live with the internet !
Knitting lessons on youtube !
babyquestions ...search on the net !
need something ? order and pay by the net !
I am still coping with that .....
I learned knitting from my grandmother !
Babyquestions ? I had BOOKS
Need something ? Took a lot of energy to search ....in the mall
They don't even need a computer or laptop
All is happening with their phones
Oh my ......
And here I am .... liking the real cute shops where I can see and touch and smell
liking to take paper and pen and write by hand
liking to find beautiful cards and be happy when I found new ones .
Sometimes I am having trouble to follow my children in all of this but oh my ....how will all of that be WHEN EVA GROWS UP .
I guess by than I am in a home for the elderly knitting like my grandmother teached me ......
