Peaches and berries, oh my! Total yumminess in a crisp, pie, or cobbler. Pumpkins, yes a bit soon. My pumpkins are just beginning to grow. I hope I have some by the end of October. They grow across the front of my house and down the driveway and walk. I can't wait to see their shining faces.

You are making me hungry. I know what you mean about getting the pumpkins out but it's too hot yet. We still are in summer weather. It just doesn't feel right to decorate for fall until the air cools down considerably. Hope you have a happy and blessed day.

Danielle

Last week felt more like pumpkin time. :) We've got the heat & humidity back here this week-end too. Hope you're getting back into the swing of things and can enjoy the fall season to the fullest!

Oh, that looks yummy, Koralee! Would love some deliciously ripe peaches right about now!

It's so hard to wait for fall! Summer is lovely, but autumn is where my heart lives...Halloween, Thanksgiving (for those of us down here, anyway!), the colors, the scent, the chill in the air, fires in the fireplace...all of it!

Just a little while, dear friend...then let the decorating begin!

Wishing you the lovelist of Sundays...

Julie

Hi Koralee! Oh I love your new "red slippers" photos in the sidebar!
so YOU!
Can you please pass me some peach and blackberry crisp? It would be the perfect ending for today!
Your mention of a wheelbarrow made me smile... it's what Chris and I wish we had today during the hurricane clean-up. Oh how we needed wheelbarrows!
*filled with peaches and blackberries would be so much sweeter too*
~Happy New Week to you ~ and a wonderful new start to school year 2011-12 !!!

So much fruity goodness..I love fall too, and can't wait to get some pumpkins again! It is alternately warm and cool here, sunny and then rainy...typical autumn weather here really!
Have a great week, Koralee.

That's the trouble with pumpkins in Florida, Koralee. We're so hot in the fall, they rot in no time. :( And I do love them so.
