I LOVE the farmers market. I love the produce, the crafts, and just the whole spirit of it all.

Beautiful pictures, and I bet those cakes taste delicious! I imagine the beets give the same effect as carrots in carrot cake (one of my favourites) and make it nice and moist? I LOVE the little paper clipped recipe sheets....such a pretty post, Koralee!

Such a delicious recipe. I love using beets for red velvet cupcakes to make them red, instead of using food coloring. They look similar. I just adore the post and your sweet images!! Happy Monday to you! xo Heather

PRECIOUS FRIEND and baker extraordinaire! Oh dearest, I can NOT imagine you still in classes! I AM ROOTING FOR YOU! How fabulous this week has been to wake up with no worries other than to water my flowers and design a new pair of paper shoes...my latest passion!

THANK YOU for stopping by AND for participating in the Paris party; many people have changed their posts and that is fine. I am just so used to posting only once a week so that is OK. I will be closing the cover of our suitcases on Friday and will remember this Paris "trip" really, for as long as I live. THANK YOU my dear, Anita

Beets do have a Lovely hue to them and it is probably very healthy to add them to our Desserts for a great color enhancer. Though I can't have Chocolate I may still try this Beet method with some other cupcake flavor, thanks for sharing! Also for coming by for a visit and leaving such kind words, yes, Life should be Celebrated fully and with a Grateful Heart!

Blessings from the Arizona Desert... Dawn... The Bohemian
