I am so loving your pink pumpkins...Only good, pretty witches will come around your place now!!

I remember when the stores would actually wait until after one holiday was over before decorating for the next (uh oh, I've really dated myself this time!).

I think Nordstrom still waits until Thanksgiving night to put the Christmas decorations up.

Happy weekend to you too dear! xo

This is my favorite time of year. I start in September with the decorating. Drag out all the pumpkins, then American Thanksgiving and then Christmas. If I see something really cute for Christmas I grab it. Not missing out even if it is early.

Happy Weekend.

Oh my goodnes....I am IN LOVE! That is the sweetest thing I have ever seen...good thing I threw out my florescent pinky (over the deck into the conservation area they all went) or I might try it with that thing & that would NOT have turned out :) But I am thinking myabe when the kids are gone tomorrow spraypainting a bigger one light blue & putting it in my room...maybe I can stuff it with flowers! If it turns out... :) Soooo cute Koralee!

Adorable tableaux! I was entranced by the floral "tape" on the corners of your photos.. how did you do that? I got a sales catalog from Crate & Barrel today and it was full of Christmas stuff.. but I'm not going to think about that until after Thanksgiving... and Halloween is before that! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

GOOD MORNING DARLING FRIEND!!

Oh, this is great, just GREAT! I believe in extending the season, totally. Christmas decorations started here about a week ago...much too early. And here I am, trying to push Christmas ornaments so soon!

That pink pumpkin is iconic now my dear. YOU made it! And what a perfect twist (I LOVE THINGS THAT ARE DIFFERENT) to an old standard.

WELL, how are you? How is teaching? I went in yesterday to a second grade class at my former French school. Seeing my old colleagues, the children, it was a blessing. We had fun doing math, La dictée (spelling ) and I read a story. Bliss.

I SEND YOU a huge hug my dear, wishing you another magical weekend of wonder! LOVE, Anita

I close my eyes and walk on by the Christmas displays, but having fun looking at the Halloween stuff. Found this really cool black lace table runner with spiders at the market and couldn't resist it. Love your pink pumpkin with pretty posies.

My darling friend,

THANK YOU for popping in today! You are off to the school today and I wish you the best of success raising all you need to provide some support for the school! I bet you will encounter some delicious homemade treats today! I am making a meatloaf tonight...it is so cozy here today. It is misting rain, the colors are spectacular, and we just came in from the best walk around the lakes!

Yes, definitely too early for Christmas. I would really just like to enjoy fall and my many pumpkins too. Love that pink one...is it really pink? I would love to find one that color ;)

Hi Koralee,
I don't so much mind seeing Christmas decorations too early, but I absolutely go crazy when I hear Christmas music too early in the shops. I like to savour holiday tunes closer to the actual month of the holiday. :) Love your pumpkin. Hope you enjoy a lovely rest of your weekend.
