What a lovely Garland. I have promised myself to learn crochet through the hot January months so that hopefully come winter I'll be able to crochet a granny square throw.
Happy weekend,xox

That is so sweet looking. It reminds me of the innocence of youth for some reason. I like my olivey green/multi-colored scarf that my daughter gave me wrapped around my neck and tucked into my coat top. xo Diana

Good morning beloved friend! I decided to take the day off today; my assignment would have just been until 12 noon and my husband prefers that if I go all the way down to the district, that it be for a full day's pay. SO I AM WORKING AT HOME to get my orders DONE!

I LOVE to wear one of my favorite scarves in TURQUOISE. This beauty was gifted to me by a student and it is aqua VELVET with sequins. Oddly enough, though it is not furry or wooly, velvet keeps me very warm!!!

How are you beloved one? Anita

KORALEE!!! I am on a break from being downstairs in my basement studio! You are right, I am busy as a bee in WINTER! It is not too cold here today, but sunny and gorgeous. Oh dearest, CHRISTMAS IS COMING! Hmmmm.....how about a WINTER TEA PARTY? Peppermint COCOA...pink and cocoa colors! How about some ornament sugar cookies with aqua and red icing! I made those one year and they were a hit.

I will be sipping tea in just a minute. Today it is Vanilla Apricot tea with a splash of milk! How about you my dear? And you are feeling better? HALLELUJAH!

Any new news? LOVE TO YOU! Anita

This looks so cute and cozy! We had snow this morning so it's definitely time to break out the winter clothes and get some hot chocolate! Have a wonderful weekend!:)

It doesn't get cold enough here for me to put anything around my neck! I would be sweating like crazy! I love the look though! If it were cold, I think I would love a wool neck warmer - like a snowman! (We don't have those either!)

Koralee~This reminds me of my high school days(a very long time ago). My crochet/knitting class instructor was right handed and had no idea how to teach me to crochet being that I was left handed. Fortunately my Bf was left handed and already new how to crochet so she was appointed to instruct me. Those were some fun lessons. I would like to give it a go again and see if I could master a neck garland for the cold winter months.
Knitting on the other hand was always a challenge. I felt like I was trying to knit with chop sticks...fail, lol.
Sweet wishes,
Sara

I love wearing scarves! I actually tried a Pinterest idea to organize them. I use shower curtain hoops across a hanger... It is so easy and neat!
I love the colors you chose for this granny scarf! Very pretty, Koralee!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
Blessings always, Maria

My beloved FRIEND! I just got your comment; I am home today working on a homework assignment for my writing class! I am NOT teaching this week because I need to continue to prepare for my FIRST art show here in town! I have almost everything done, with a few loose end to complete. WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON DEAREST? You are being creative today? DO TELL! DO SHOW!!!!

Thank you for coming to visit a more colorful post than usual, but those bright blues and reds are really speaking to me these days! Oh, creativity has a way of issuing its way out of us, doesn't it?

LOVE TO YOU! Anita
