  2. I'm liking your camp dishes very much. Making veggie and fruit pies in camp irons held over the fire would have been the extent of my creativity years ago. They were winners though . . .

  3. OH MY! Your new post did not show up on my blog roll this morning! And it's still not there!

YIPEEEEE! How fun to see you come by before you pack up your tent my dear friend! OK, these polka dot mugs are perfect for those nights you will be spending A LA BELLE ÉTOILE! Oh my, how I love camp food. Ok, let's see....if you go fishing, you MUST fry up your fish in an iron pan with butter, onions, and garlic...too crazy for ya? It's so good. Make S'mores, please! Take some music, dance, and tell stories. That's the way we used to do camping!

Wishing you a safe and memorable trip my dear friend, and you are always in my thoughts. (((HUGS)))! Anita

  6. These dishes would make for some happy campers! lol!!

I haven't camped in over 20 years. I'm sure we had s'mores and I do remember that first cup of hot coffee in the morning brewed in an old tin pot over the fire.

    Have a great time! :)

  10. Hello my dear! I'm just catching up on my blog-reading after a few weeks away on holiday. What a cheerful post! I love the spottiness!!! :-)
My suggestion for camping food is this: pre-measure-out the ingredients for pancakes. When you're feeling peckish, mix them all together with a fork, cook them up on the stove, then top with lemon and sugar - yummy!!!

  23. Hi Koralee.. I'm just back from 11 days of camping in the high alpine mountains of Oregon with a huge crystal clear lake... pix are on my blog. I have cowboy enameled plates and cups, did you see them on my blog? I know you'll have fun cooking hotdogs over a campfire. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  25. Such a shock to not see pink or turquoise! Love the polka dots. We don't camp, but I do remember how good it was to take a banana and peel it back and stuff in some chocolate and marshmallows, wrap it up in foil and into the fire for a little bit. Yum!

  26. Koralee do you know I have NEVER been camping lol!

Now that we have Luca Chris keeps saying that we must take him one day.

It's the English rain that pouts me off! Although a Koralee camp would be so pretty I just might be persuaded.

Hope you are all keeping well xxx

  27. What pretty camping dishes! Ours are either plain silver...from Don's bachelor days...or blue speckled...all at least 35 years old! I love yours! We make lots of omelettes in baggies for breakfast camping...easy way when you have a crowd...everyone chooses what they want...put them in a pot of boiling water...and then you have omelettes!Have a great day!!
