Such beautiful soft edged roses, I love this picture. I can't believe we are coming to the end of summer already. Enjoy your last sweet summer days too, dear Koralee. Helen x
What a beautiful quote to open up to this dark morning! Oh Koralee, I just about jumped for joy when I saw your comment this morning - I go in this morning for an EMG (the doctor is not worried, but just doing this to see my nerve health) and then I will be having friends over tonight from my poetry class. But next week dear one, ALL THE MEETINGS in the district take place, and all the reunions with old and new colleagues begin. We start our classes the first week of September, and I understand that next year, we start the new school year the last week of August....
I pray that YOU will have a remarkable year. So much NEWNESS is awaiting you (me too...) and you will see God's mercy in your lives. We will continue to blog and share our journeys and uplift one another!
You must be home now?
Thank you for making my day sweet friend; thinking of you always and the memories you have given me ALL year 'round....Anita
We have a few red roses on our climber still coming on, I think I will clip a few and bring them in...As you point out, it will soon be Fall and all will change.
I HAD TO RESCHEDULE! AH! But that's OK. I feel great, I am not worried about it, but I am going to try to get in maybe next week; but with all the meetings and the requirements to be at the schools until 4:00 will make it tough to get an appointment way on the other side of town!
THANK YOU MY FRIEND for thinking/praying for me! XOXOOX
SO DELIGHTFUL to see your comment this morning! YES, I had to reschedule or rather, CANCEL. I have to see what next week looks like as far as being allowed to leave early from one of the meetings held daily! THEN SCHOOL STARTS first week of September. I will be thinking of you (as always) as you too prepare for a FABULOUS SCHOOL YEAR! (oh that mint julep tea sounds fantastic!!!)
Hey Koralee!!! Oh --- this is the last sweet week before school starts I've been back to school since last week to get my room ready and work on curriculum. I LOVE the website, "Teachers Pay Teachers." So many great ideas!!
This summer has not been slow for me - but I do cherish any morning that starts slowly and quietly!
Enjoy these last few sweet and free moments before school starts and may God bless you, your students and the new year year ahead! xoxo - Maria
