it's a medley of I spy fun

start with a baked shortbread crust

top with a layer of ice cream
and freeze solid

now the fun begins
add whatever toppings your heart desires
pop your creation back into the freezer
once firm
slice up like a pizza
 and enjoy

perfect for birthday parties
each person makes his/her individual ice cream pizza
just precook the crust right in the pizza pans beforehand

a recipe isn't a secret.
It's more like sheet music.
Each player, conductor, or singer adds
 his or her own personality

GOOD MORNING MY FRIEND!

Now this is my kind of pizza party pie - a mix of this and that, sweet and bright, original, surprising. Don't you just love this?

How are you precious one? Has school started? Our first day of class is Tuesday, so this week continues to be meetings, preparation and anticipation under a canopy of unbearable humid heat. Wishing you a HAPPY DAY and much love. Anita

KORALEE!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go is RIGHT! Tuesday for us, for you too? I have been trying to learn the record-keeping aspect of my new assignment: grading, using gradebook, building my website with policies, course description......

but what is of utmost importance now is to focus on how I will build that community of learners in my classes. Ready or not, HERE WE GO, right?

LOVE is what motivates us. Let's keep HAPPENING Koralee!!! Anita

Looks too good to eat. We're back after dropping our son at college in Colorado. Arrived Saturday and went to school Sunday (a week late). My youngest son starts 10th grade tomorrow. Always so busy! Trying to get back into the swing of things, blogging, etc. Have a lovely weekend and a great school year. Tammy

Hi Koralee,

It has been ages since I've visited with you. I've just returned to my blog after a long absence due to my mom's failing health. During the stress of all of it I started drawing. It's really been a blessing to have a creative spirit. I think I would have lost my mind otherwise.

So good to see you are as active and creative as ever. This recipe is so fun!

I'd love to have you pop in for a visit when you have a moment.

Have a wonderful day,
Hugs, Steph ♥
