Yes...it's called Esprit...the first of the twenty laws of wellness. "The single overriding objective in wellness is creating constant personal renewal where we recognize and act on the truth that each day is a miraculous gift and our job is to untie the ribbons. That's the Law of Esprit: living life with joy!

And you my friend spread JOY through your beautiful blog:)

It's so true .... for awhile I've had this list and there are a few pesky things that I keep transferring onto new lists .... I keep thinking, well once I get all of this done, I'll be able to relax. Well as we know that may never happen so I must keep telling myself to live for today and ignore those lists because they will never totally get done and to enjoy today! Have a good weekend Koralee!

Just coming off a week at the beach where my head went to jello, so now to recuperate and wake up from the zoning out.

Oh dearest Koralee,

How delightful it is to open up my comments this morning to see YOU! I SO understand how busy you must be; I am trying to figure out how I'm going to grade all my middle school exams this morning, make an exam for the seniors, prepare for a goal-setting meeting with the principal, TEACH and then come home to my poetry workshop tonight! But it's all good, and I thank God for you, for all of you in my life that are loving friends. I hope your visit with your parents was delightful and that this teaching week for you is filled with little joys. BIG HUGS DEAR ONE! Anita
