Koralee,
So sweet. Reminds me of ladies from a different era. Right now, my favorite collectible is the little round metal, spiky water frogs. They are great to hold business cards or old postcards.

Just so pretty. It makes a lovely collection. I am always a collector of lots of things. I love all things vintage especially textiles, china, Christmas and the unexpected surprises along the way.

Your idea of a floral wall is fantastic, I would love that. I admit to collecting books and always adding plants to our garden.

What a lovely wall.
When I was a child, I had many collections like old stamps, napkin, pencil... But in these days, I think, I am a fabric addict...I just collect fabric!
After today, I can collect also floral prints and painting, I loved the idea.
Thanks..

Ahhhh.....I am sitting here waiting for my husband to get ready, then off to school we go. But I just joined your Pinboard my dear, for I too love my oils. They offer a rich and settled feeling to the décor, and right now I have 4 in my home - two of them being done by blogger pals.

We had a delicious sweater-weather day yesterday, but today, we're back to late summer weather. I want to wear MY BOOTS and a large sweater! But the season is lovely for musing, sharing tea with friends, speaking of which today is our poetry workshop after school.

What am I collecting? To be honest, I'm collecting words. I want to be a poet. Much love my dear. Anita

Oh my, how pretty! I'd love to find some beautiful old paintings, but I never seem to come across any. I'm not much of a collector, but I do have a number of ironstone pitchers :)

Your wall would make me think of summer every time I looked at it...so pretty! As for what I collect...hmmm....I would have to say it would be books about embroidery. Living in an apartment means I don't have a whole lot of room for many collections, but my passion is embroidery so any books I can find on the subject generally manage to come home with me.

Oh my ...to take a stroll through your house!!! Actually I just remembered...now I hope this doesn't scare you :) But I actually had a dream a few months ago that I DID go to your house...(see how it could scare ya!) I visited your cabin & it was a really cool cabin done up in your style...I almost forgot about that dream until now! I woke feeling as if we had just had a visit! It was pretty funny! But I didn't see the beautiful oils...next visit!

GORGEOUS and faithful friend,

I just saw your comment and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your sweet visit! Oh do I know the rush and the busy life! I had an early meeting yesterday only to also have a LATE NIGHT with parent conferences at the high school. It was SO LOVELY because I saw parents of former students at the elementary school. They came in to hug me, greet me and tell me how much their children enjoyed my class waaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. Many of them are going on to big schools and it was a joy. But I'm TIRED!

I wish you a successful week and conferences. THEN LET THE WEEKEND BEGIN!!!!!!!! Anita

I love your floral wall, Koralee! It is so pretty and happy! I have a small collection of floral art in my hallway, mostly amateur paintings from flea markets. But I have one special one of my Mom's that she bought at a gallery - sweet peas in a blue glass jar. I love that the best. Thank you for your sweet inspiration. Hugs xoxo
