a gift of a new year

a new year
now that is something to smile about

I am going to try really hard not to waste
 a single
teeny tiny itty bitty day
{as they race by}
 this year

"Teach us to make the most of our time,
so that we may grow in wisdom"
{Psalm 90-12}

hope you are making the most of your new year days so far

I certainly am making the most of these quiet and homey days as I take care of my back! Oh dear one, prayers are working as I am feeling so much better! That little squirrel's smile makes me laugh, and I think HE knows something we don't know...I wonder what he has up his little sleeves!

Wishing you a year of unwasted time, creativity, and new vision...I am so excited for YOU! Love, love, love - Anita

Funny you mention this ……. my thing for 2014 and forward is to stop wasting time and keep things simple. Simplicity is what I want to accomplish more. Love love love that squirrel!

KORALEE! I was just about to write you and I see you came over to my blog!

Oh so much to tell...but the first thing I want to say to you is:

T H A N K Y O U.

Your kindness and supplications have reached the skies...I AM SO MUCH BETTER! Now I just have to take advantage of this weekend and Monday (no school) and keep on resting. I have not engaged in my usual rigorous exercise program and have rested enormously. God has heard your prayers! I am also praying for all of your new adventures in the new year to be grand ones!

You know, we just got a notice yesterday that all the schools (my husband's university as well) will be closed on Monday due to the forecast: -50! Can you imagine that? So no school!

Stay warm my friend. We all need to wait this one out; this is a bad winter for sure.

LOVE!!! Anita
