Hi Koralee... as with Anita {just above} we had broccoli, garlic, olive oil tomatoes and chick peas over pasta {will be posting this later in the week at Rachael's request... shhhhh it's really 'semi-homemade!'} heehee... lazy, but healthy after work kinda meal~ love the image...as well as your celery "flower" up in the corner! Green IS good! We love our artichokes, brocoli, asparagus, and zucchini here........not to mention a few other colors of the rainbow, red, orange, & yellow bell peppers, eggplant (especially Japanese eggplant), tomatoes, carrots, beets (roasted), daikon radishes, and oodles more. Hope you have a gorgeously green day, Koralee! :>
i just did a 7 day cleanse and ate veggies and fruits... and gallons of water... so today i will pop a few peanut m&m's and go back to greens tomorrow... ok? (i know i am so bad!) xx
