{this recipe is one you gotta try}

delicious
delectable
{de}lovely

a sweet treat I just gotta share
Chocolate mini sweet cakes
6 lbs.8oz.........shortening
14 lbs......................sugar
48............................eggs
2 lbs........................coca
12 lbs. 8oz................flour
1 1/2 cups...baking powder
4 tbsp.........................salt
5 qts.........................milk
6 tbsp......................vanilla
make according to general cake method.
divide into mini muffin cups.
bake in moderate oven for 30 mins.
Yield....... 400 mini sweet cakes
ENJOY

you never know when you need to whip up a batch of 400 mini sweet cakes ???

You lovely soul, you!!!! It sounds so yummy! Anything with cocoa is great; I have been eating my vanilla yogurt with cocoa power and RASPBERRIES!

I read 400 but it didn't even seem odd to me - that is how seldom I cook :) But hey...400 sounds pretty good to me! As long as my hubby makes them! We did jokes on each other all day around here :)
