Yum, my favorite way to eat strawberries is in a salad or on strawberry shortcake. My daughter likes them drizzled with balsamic and my husband prefers them on ice cream. Oh now you've got me craving them and I'm out!
So yummy. Has anyone every told you that you look like Katie Couric. Only with her makeup on, that's a compliment as I'm guessing that you don't have a professional makeup artist that lives with you. Does that make any sense. I have been told that I look like Paula Deen. I might with her make-up artist and wardrobe. Sorry, I'm on medication, hah

Fixed some up with a slice of toasted angel food cake and a big ole pile of Cool Whip the other night for my California friends who just arrived to Bainbridge! But I must say...the strawberries weren't that good! Hoping to find happier berries soon! xo

We actually put in 15 strawberry plants this Spring. I am sooo excited. We are huge berry lovers. Berries and nuts. We must have been bears in a previous lifetime.
