Sweet finds, Koralee! My first thought was garland for your Christmas tree! Clasp one to another and voila! Unique, beautiful, and easy peasy lemon squeezy!! I've been gathering pearl necklaces for mine. :) Blessings!
I have various jars filled with little treasures I've collected from beaches and hikes ... I'd decorate these jars with those lovely beads! oxooxox Denalee
How cute! Well I think some of those together would look pretty cute with a summer dress!!! I love some of the ideas above!!!! How cute is the mason jar with a votive! Lovin' the thrift store finds!!!!! Elizabeth
I know someone who makes mosaics from everyday items. Light swtiches, mirrors, mailboxes, etc... She collects all sorts of bits and pieces to include in the mosaic design. I do like the previous commenters idea of decorating a Christmas tree with old jewelry.
HI KORALEE, THEY ARE LOVELY JUST THE WAY THEY ARE. YOU COULD TAKE THEM A PART AND MAKE A LOVELY VINTAGE LOOKING PIN, OR COVER A TINY WOOD BOX WITH THEM, I DON'T REALLY KNOW, BUT THEY ARE PRETTY. RIZZI
For me, it's an easy question - I'm a crazy quilter so I would take them apart and sew them onto whatever I'm working on. Vintage jewelry is a great source of beads you can't afford to otherwise own.
oh ... you are probably downtown... how fun on such a sunny day! we will get together next time... hope you enjoyed your day... simply amazing... xoxoxo pam
i love the idea of adding them to things, sewing them on to something or glueing them to make a brooch. such fun, enjoy playing arund with them, or just wear them as they are ...beautiful! happy Sunday sweet Koralee ♥
Hi Koralee. Good scores. I use jewellery to dress the base of candles when the candle is a bit too small for the candle plate. I did a post on it if you're interested. It was heaps of fun! http://tranquiltownhouse.blogspot.com/2010/05/simple-solution-for-small-annoyance.html Hope you're having a lovely weekend, and lovely shout-out to you from Jackie too!
Dear Koralee, I would little bugs using this vintage jewelry:) My friend solder's together little bodies with wire and metal. I find little vintage jewels or pieces of quartz to put on them, they are very special and most loved. I sell them to a shop called Bliss~ XO
Oh Koralee...Libbie is right...It's church tomorrow...just wear them all...pick ANY bag...and Any shoes...cause nobody will be lookin' at them..."you be stylin' sista"... ...smile on Rosie...XOXO...
Gasp! I would bead up a picture frame, cut down into napkin rings, convert one into a bracelet, and then go to bed and see what inspiration my dreams provide!! Have fun with your new beautiful baubles....and a wonderful weekend too! :>
How about dressing up a {wooden} mannequin? That's what I did with a couple of pretty baubles and some pretties to cherish for ever. A small mannequin that fits in my cupboard... Hope Seattle was Super! Wishing you a lovely Sunday, sweet friend. xx
Hi Koralee! What a cute blog you have!! I MUST follow :-) How about using them for curtain tiebacks? Also I like to drape crystal beads from my chandelier! Lots of good ideas your ladies have!! Hugs and Smiles, Lynn
KORALEE...SO MANY BAUBLES...SO LITTLE TIME!!! i loved the memory of Cinderella and the birds draping the beads over the dress form :D years ago i went on a christmas house tour and in one gorgeous home there was a large framed wallhanging with a velvet background and lovely broaches, bracelets, and necklases were formed into the shape of a christmas tree. i'll never forget how lovely it was...and how much i wanted it :D ~victoria~
I think I might add them to some lamps. Either around the top of the base, or around the shades. Or perhaps hang them from a spot just above a mirror so they'd be reflected. Beauty is wonderful when you can see the image not just once, but twice! Brenda
Hi Koralee... those baubled strands would make wonderful handmade purse handles....wired of course for stifness...but how great would that look on a handmade bag?
K, Thank you for checking in on me while I was away. I appreciate that so very much, as it was a difficult trip. I intentionally left my comp behind, knowing that family business would not allow for time to write or blog, but I missed keeping in touch with you all! Thank you for taking the time to leave me a note of encouragement. Much love, C
hi Koralee, thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving such a nice comment. your blog is beautiful! so colorful and happy! lets see, what would i do with these beads? i know, i would probably hot glue them to some summer sandals or a simple picture frame. have a lovely week!
If your in a daring mood, you can reconstruct one of the beads to make earrings and bracelets. Whatever is left over can be glued on combs to make them sparkle.

Hi Koralee, I might use them to dress up my curtains or to decorate the mirron on my dresser.
Rebecca

Pretty to decorate a small rosemary Christmas tree with, or entwined with pine boughs on a fireplace mantel.

These are great together around a mirror !
♥LOVE ♥RINI♥
I would de-bead.
Throw in a big pot
Grab and hand full of a new mixture
Restring into a fun pair of Reader/Sunglass holders for around my neck.
I'm always lossing my glasses. How's about you?
Toodles,
Kate
Bead on!!!!!
I would probably repurpose them for different jewelry. Or maybe use them for trim on picture frames.
I think I might add them to some lamps. Either around the top of the base, or around the shades. Or perhaps hang them from a spot just above a mirror so they'd be reflected. Beauty is wonderful when you can see the image not just once, but twice!

Oh, I love the Cinderella image - takes me back to the magic of the story for me when I was little!
I think I would keep collecting them until I had enough to hang from the door frame (yes I was a child of the seventies : )
My Aunt used to have wooden beads instead of doors and I loved them - and these would be even more magical, methinks...
Hi Koralee...
those baubled strands would make wonderful handmade purse handles....wired of course for stifness...but how great would that look on a handmade bag?
i'd sport that, anyday!
ciao bella
creative carmelina
I would make some kind of wire creation and dress it with the pearls. :-)
Hope you had a great weekend, hugs! :-)
I would use them on some calligraphic apron, wall hanging, thanks for the idea:)
