My favourite smell is lavender too! Youve reminded me of my oil burner and I think I will put it on tonight.

I'm crazy for natural products...usually I make myself so scented of vanilla, jasmine and oriental spices that my boyfriend sniff the air to find me..I'm a passion for aromatheray !!!!.

Oh I'd have to agree with the baking quote - there is nothing quite like it. And I do love the aroma of freshly ground coffee too. Mmmm xx

Teeeeeheeeee! SAME HERE ! My husband complains about the intense aroma of the lavender hand cream that I love...so enough of that! I can't use it anymore! But I agree with the second quote. FOOD is about the best aroma around! HOW ARE YOU SWEET ONE? I do hope your vacation is relaxing.......enjoy. Anita

Good Morning, Koralee!
I do agree with you about aromatherapy... fresh flowers, melted chocolate, cinnamon ~ spaghetti sauce... there are natural aromas that top the "plug-in" scents.
There's nothing like lavender or rosemary from the garden ... or freshly grated lemon rind...

I hope you have a wonderful day today! Enjoy all the benefits of this personal time ~ it's a gift to yourself and family ♥

Hello, I got your link off a friend's blog. I don't regret clicking on it one bit.

This post made me laugh! It's so cute and quirky. I love aromatherapy, it lifts my spirits up when I'm stressed. The scent of home is aromatherapy for someone like me who's studying abroad. =)

Have a good day!

I agree with you, Koralee.
All though I sprinkle every morning a drop of lavender oil behind the ears of my children, that should be effective against head lice. So far it seems to work.
Enjoy your two weeks off of work, sweet friend. I hope Mrs, sun will appear every day!
Huge hugs back at you xoxoXOXOXOxoxo

I would have a million dollars on all the bets I've made with myself that the minute Scott walks in the door he will head right for the candle and blow it out. Nothing better than the cookies hot out of the over.... well, other than the turkey roast and cranberries here in my house today. Nothing like a little Thanksgiving in March. Trying to parse down the freezer, but this is going to be pretty good on a cold rain day here in my garden.

Toodles,
you know who

I am definitely into your aroma therapy .
For sure ! those are the best .
When I pass my grapehyacinths however ....smell good too !
Real flowers are also good ! Again a day of sunshine overhere and the gardendoor open all day ! I love that ....lots of spring-fresh-air in the house .
Enjoy your springbreak sweet friend .

This made me laugh. I'm not good with smells...well, maybe I'm too good with smells. My husband and I were talking last night about the fact that I could probably be one of those truffle smelling pigs...my nose works very well. Therefore, I can't stand many scents...perfumey things, fake floral (rose-ugh). I do love the smell of fresh flowers, but other than that...my candles are all "food smells" and I'm with you, give me cookies or bread baking anytime!

Very cute!! I'm a food smell kinda girl too! Nothing makes me feel more at home then a house full of amazing aromas from the oven or a slow cooker. I hope you have an amazing week Miss Koralee!!

I'm an aromatherapy girl through and through and when you think of it, the wafting smell from choc chip cookies can be therapy in a sense making you feel happy, connecting you back to joyful and comforting times.....and then you get to eat them xo

Made me laugh too! I am not really a "smelly person" myself :) When people give me perfumes & like room sprays & stuff...I give them to Annie & she is in HEAVEN! but tonight when I went up to pray with her...Her room STUNK like pinneapple room spray :) I told her that has a one pump a night limit...but tonight she admitted...she did 4 :) Glad I don't have to sleep in there!!! :)

Cute pic too Koralee!!!

I like lavender, but the real stuff, lavender flowers, not lavender-scented stuff. And I agree, aromatherapy isn't very aromatic!

I know three men who all sneeze around lavender. My daughter gets headaches from it and Eucalyptus oil. I like both of them in small doses.
