~a pretty image with some bits of wisdom~

My father told me there are two kinds of people,
the takers and the givers.
"The takers sometimes eat better", he would say
"But the givers always sleep better"
{Marlo Thomas}

Another lilac photo for Friday Pretties.
sorry I can not get enough of these fleeting beauties
for more pretties visit Joyce here

hugs and happy happy Friday!

ps.......a note from last post
black and red jujubes go first
yellow always last

pss........my molly comes home this Saturday.........after 9 mos of school in England and Sweden
happy danc
We have been watching that volcano in Iceland very carefully as we do not want her flight to be delayed out of Sweden or she will miss her London flight home
how sad that would be
take care my sweet friends

Hopefully, I can comment... But, still getting throw out of my sign in tonight. Not doing a happy dance here till I saw that Miss Molly is coming home. Now, I'm dancing, with my fancy dancing shoes on.

Wow it may actually let me leave a comment. You must be sending me good Ju-Ju's tonight...

Koraleee,
I love the story of the takers and the givers. We have two dogs and one is a taker and one is a giver but I don't think it changes the takers sleep!!!
Marlo didn't say it applies to dog's though, did she???
We are in San Francisco for the wedding of our Best Man's daughter. Such a wonderful time and a great chance to see old friends!!!
Hugs,
Suz
