I don't know where.. but I've seen them used as wrapping paper too. Now, isn't that a cool one. But, a vase is even cooler. As always, you make me think out of the box. I just adore how you beautiful mind creates and works. And best yet, you capture the most stunning pictures of that little space in the corner of your mind to share with us all.

Maps can be so pretty. I love the globe with the flowers, what a clever idea. I have a map hanging at the bottom of my basement stairs right now. There are gold stars there too. We put a gold star on the places we want to see in the US or Canada and next year there will be some road trips.

GOOD MORNING MY PRECIOUS!

You know, it takes a lot of creativity and reflection to take an every day item ( for us teachers!) like a map, to make décor. I am intrigued by this idea and I think I am going to enhance my writing space with some map paper that I received as wrapping for a gift....I LOVE THIS and you....sweet and FREE BLUEBIRD OF HAPPINESS!!!

YIPEEEE! Are you excited or what?

BISES, Anita

Hi Koralee!
I love this idea! Wouldn't they look adorable at school?
They would make such cute secretary gifts!
I'll have to remember this... I think secretary's day is in the spring.

The designs using maps would look great on a bookcase or computer desk too!

We're having such a sweet time here with Jason ~ I'm going to have to store these sunny, blue sky days in my heart since in NY State there has been one day of sunshine every other week!
I'm going to hold on to my "happy dance spirit" as long as I can!!!

Bless you always*
♥ Maria

I LOVE globes and maps! I have a U.S. mural wall map and a World mural wall map. I want to collect globes, but I just have nowhere to keep them in my apartment. Some day when I have more space! But I do have a desk globe, the school-type one with blue water and multi-colored countries, and then I have a small decorative antique globe too. My collection is off to a good start!
