{felted gratitude}

 It is only with gratitude
that life becomes rich

 Canadian Thanksgiving
is being celebrated here this weekend
so thought I should bring out my felted acorns to sprinkle around
our festive table

we will go around our thanksgiving table
taking turns telling each other what we are grateful for......
one of the things on my list will be
 YOU
I am truly and utterly thankful for every single one of
 YOU
grateful that
 YOU
would take some of your precious time to visit me
YOU really are a blessing to me....

so I thank you
from the bottom of MY heart
xox
we will be at my mom and dad's home
my sweet mom loves to make pies
we will be celebrating with many
pumpkin
apple
pecan
peach
what is your favourite autumn pie?

Dear Koralee - I'm so glad I found your blog as I always feel happier when I come visit you. You have a very positive and loving spirit. I am thankful for YOU!

My mom was knows far and wide for her pies - her crust was crumbly and crispy and she never measured, just threw the ingredients in a bowl. Her cream pies were made from scratch. She made apple, peach, berry, apricot, lemon meringe, chocolate cream, banana cream, coconut cream and more. You're so lucky to still have your mom and that she loves to make PIE!!

Have a great T-day!! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Oooooo...pies. I love pies. I'll take a piece of everyone of those thankyou.
homemade pies are the BEST
We had thanksgiving dinner with my hubby's family yesterday, and tomorrow we are going to Calgary to have dinner with my friend and her family.
I'll end up looking like a stuffed turkey if I don't watch it
My family would take turns around the tnaksgiving table as well, each of us sharing something we were thankful for that year.
It is good to be grateful...and express it.
