Oh my goodness! This photo is breathtaking and the pink pinecones are so pretty. My daughter and I are looking for a recipe to make together to give as gifts, this is the one! Have a wonderful day, Koralee!
Oooo I like the dark chocolate under the white....My sisters are the bakers & I am known for, "Please do not bake Libbie." But I know I could handle this :) I might surprise them all this year :)
What a beautiful post Koralee. Such pretty baubles and a delicious recipe all written in your wonderful style. I just know that you are enjoying your Christmas celebrations. XXXX
I see you are having some Font Fun. I'm off to the kitchen to now have some Koralee fun. You are such a bright spot to start my day with. I am as pleases as punch to have a small peek each day into your charming world. B.B.N. is at the top of the list of those I cherish. Time to get back to the last of the wrapping. Man.. they had peppermint bark at the event I attended yesterday - the Children's Christmas Party at the Portland Yacht Club.. and I didn't get any. Now I'm mad at myself that I didn't reach to the back of the buffet table to get some. Sheesh. :¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦: *M*E*R*R*Y* *C*H*R*I*S*T*M*A*S*!* :¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦:-·-:¦: ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
I have literally just picked up a tin of Peppermint Bark in our local Marks and Spencers store, then put it back on the shelf because it was £6.99 and I thought it sounded expensive.
Now I know how to make my own I will give it a try. I hope it turns out looking as pretty as yours did! x
Hi Koralee! What would we do without parchment paper? It's a miracle for the baker! Love this easy and tasty recipe! It would be difficult to sleep at night knowing it's downstairs in a pretty Christmas tin. I think it's the temptation to just take a little snip off the end... then another and then another. Ooops! I should have just eaten the whole piece! {Do you do that?} :o) I am silly this afternoon! Have a wonderful evening, Koralee! ~God bless you always, Maria
Oh I have wanted to make this all season but your GORGEOUS photo has me inspired to get right on it! And you included a recipe...how much do I love thee? And peppermint bark too? Hugs right back to you dear friend. ♥
i can taste it now... and will make for christmas.... wishing you the most wonderful december... hoping you might pop in.... oh what a joy that would be!!! xoxo
WOw. I have to snatch this recipe! What is better than peppermint and chocolate? And your photos to go with it....REFRESHING AND BEAUTIFUL! Oh dearest, saw your sweet comment today as I went to my blog during prep hour (shhhhhh!) but unable to comment from there. I am sitting here nice and cozy just enjoying BLOGLAND and all the pretties. AND I made a new item for my Etsy shop, but I won't feature it until after the holidays. I think you just might like it, to at least look at it!!!! SENDING YOU LOVE! And our last day of school is 12/21!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing the recipe..it looks quite easy to make but very yummy! I love the pink pine cone decorations as well..they are just lovely! Have a great week :)
Mmmmmm. Actually I've already done this, made the fudges, dipped the pretzles, heaped the peanut cluster and smeared out the cashew patties. The only thing I haven't done (candy makin' wise) is dippin' my chocolate truffles.
What am I doin' sittin' here??
Oh yeah...enjoyin' your beautiful post! Love your company sweetie!
God bless and have a most wonderful day!
BTW: Giveaway...my place, ya'll come. Heck, I'll leave the door open and put out a platter for fudge!!! Heeehehehe!!! :o)
We are chugging along; I got another sub for tomorrow because I am SO SICK! I HAVE A HEAD COLD that is unbelievably ridiculous! As I type, I am sneezing and so congested. Poor sub; the last one I had cried!!!! BLESSINGS TO YOU as you countdown and no dearest, we shall never ever get it all done...it is overly demanding, but all I can do is focus on getting those kids ready. Oh the joys and pains of teaching! BISOUS! Anita
We are making peppermint bark tomorrow!! Love your photos as always!! My kids are making it so I don't know how 'pretty' it will be but it'll be delicious!
