PRECIOUS ONE!!!!!!

What joy, what BLISS to know that you saw ROSIE, that she is WELL and still up to her magic, and that YOU are attempting to cover a chair! I have done just small jobs, but my DADDY was a professional upholsterer and he did a fab job. I should have been paying more attention to his detailed work!!!

OK, what color is your fabric....let me guess...

It is either RED, AQUA, PINK or GREEN....or maybe ALL of the above! HAVE A BLAST! Oh aren't you loving this summer??? Anita

Oh- Who would think donuts could be so pretty? YOU!!!! I am having the same problem with some bloggers. I finally figured it is THEIR problem and not MINE and I don't need to feel guilty about not being able to leave (or respond to) a comment. I am guilt ridden enough over other stupid stuff!;>) xo Diana

Good morning, Koralee!
I love the photo of those yummy looking donuts... One of my weaknesses.
Oh and I hope the blogger quirks end soon for you!

I'm just relaxing (no painting today!) with my second cuppa enjoying the little birdies from my kitchen window. We're expecting nasty weather today. I'm saying my prayers for the robin's nest in a bush on the west side of our house. (most often our wind and weather comes from the west) It's not nicely protected like the nest on my porch. They are predicting heavy thunderstorms, strong winds and tornado watches for our area! I've seen robins hang on tightly through all kinds of weather ... Maybe the forecast won't be as bad. Let's hope!

Thank you for asking about my dad. We will be visiting him this weekend... We've all been trying to rotate our visits so that he has company and help every weekend. I would love to "kidnap" him and make him stay here with me ... But he just LOVES his independence!
Then, next week, Chris and I will have Jason time!
Soooo looking forward to that!
I hope you have a wonderful time with your parents! It's so wonderful to be together... Family is so important and so very dear...
I'll look forward to seeing what you and your mom bake next week :-)
We just love our baking!
God bless you ~ and may your travels be safe and your family time be a treasure!
* Maria

Dear Koralee,
First.... That donut! Now I am hungry..teeeheee
Thank you so much for your most welcome visit.. It is always such a treat.
Wishing you a beautiful day..
If it will grow in your area, I would suggest an iceberg (white) climbing rose. They also are available in pink.. I have the white one.. That is what I have in front of the porch..
Blessings,
Penny
