Oh Pyrex... why do we all love it so much? Your collection of pink is just wonderful! I have one pink casserole dish... and am on the lookout for more, too.

Love these! The best thing about a Pyrex collection, is that you get to use them, as well as display them. Have a wonderful weekend.

My love of Pyrex has been stymied by my husband. Like honestly, can you ever collect too much? My husband thinks so... To the rescue is my dear brother, Joe, that gifts Pyrex to me anyway.
My love of Pyrex is wrapped in all the memories each piece brings.
Thank you for kick starting my day.

now this is fabulous! You must show us a picture of your aqua and pink together! Being a bride of the late 60's I was given tons of pyrex. I just gave my green's and yellow away. :) Hope you have a wonderful weekend and I love your blog too. :)

I love the pink and turquoise pyrex but only have one piece of each. The pink one came from my aunt and I found the blue in a charity shop. I also love grey pyrex and have a little collection going of that.

GOOD AFTERNOON dearest Koralee!

I have been downstairs in my workshop trying to fill my stores. Someone bought out all of my paper goods!!!! THANK YOU for visiting me on your way out to your parents' home! ENJOY a whole week with them my sweet. I so miss mine. PINK and AQUA pyrex? How fun is that? Every time you open your cupboards I know you smile! I have to organize mine but mine is stored with CREAMY WHITES....

Life is good. The weather I hope, is behaving on your side of the world? We are having cooler weather that is making each day such a memorable time here at home.

Well my dearest, enjoy your holiday and big hugs to you! Anita

Your dishes look delightful! They're so pretty. I have various colors (orange, yellow, red, blue and green) of Fiestaware and zebra-striped dishware, too. It puts a smile on my face when I open my cabinets to see happy colors against animal print wildness!

I have Olympic fever, too!!! I love watching the Games, especially gymnastics. It's my favorite sport and it doesn't get enough coverage year-round in the USA :( So I love it that it always gets lots of attention at the Olympics!

When you're watching swimming, keep an eye out for Kara Lynn Joyce of the U.S. She's my second cousin, and she's swimming in her third Games (the 50m freestyle)! She already has four Olympic silver medals from Athens and Beijing. :)

Have a fabulous weekend, Koralee!

Olympic fever will hit here shortly too. Love the picture in my mind of pink and turquoise heaven. I have some turquoise I received new for a wedding gift. I was so surprised when they became collectible. Your pink is beautiful and now I can understand.

I had a whole set of the pyrex with the birds on it.
Man...back in the 70's when I was first married , I can't even begin to tell you how much PYREX I was given for wedding presents.
so funny
NOW...it is worth a LOT !!!

Those photos are very heavenly! I don't have any pink or turquoise pyrex...:/ I have some old Spice O' Life pyrex. They were wedding gifts. I guess I haven't felt the need to upgrade (or upgrade to a different color anyway). Yours are SOOOOOO sweet! Pure joy viewing them. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the telly this weekend!!! :)

GOT IT! I just caught a puff of love coming my way, from Canada! You darling friend, you.....ARE YOU HAVING FUN chez your parents????
Your wishes for a magical day have blessed us so my dearest; last night it all began with poetry reading at night, a chapter from Wind in the Willows and a night walk in our gardens with the glow of a lantern hanging from our tree (battery candle for safety...shhhhh!)! Tonight, we are doing the same thing because summer is the perfect time to make the magic!

Have fun my sweet....Anita

Hi Koralee!
You make me smile with your joy over dishes and Pyrex because those things are on my smile list too! Your first photo collage with the little crocheted heart is just so pretty!
Koralee, are you already visiting your parents? I hope you are having a wonderful time with them! This time goes by too quickly - but we are blessed to have such precious time together. My father will be 88 this September ... Amazing!
Enjoy every moment with them, dear one...
God bless you always,
- Maria
Ps. Thank you for such encouraging words on my last post. The words of kindness and support everyone left will carry me!
God is so Good!

Too funny to see the stuff I got as a young bride are now "vintage collectibles". I'm vintage too but not too collectible anymore...I have too many flaws. Those dishes are in better shape! LOL!
I've never seen the pink before. I love that color. One of my fav color combos is red and turquoise. How pretty they are!
