my find for the weekend... these incredible sweet black licorice Scotties i really have to control myself or the whole bag will disappear
i only like the sweet licorice...forget about the salted unsweetened...how do people eat that stuff???...sorry if you are one of those folks....i am sure it has something to do with your upbringing...especially if you have any Dutch blood in you!!!!

this is the blackboard in our kitchen...my daughter Molly is counting down to Paris...Lyon....Normandy....Amsterdam...she goes this Friday for 2 weeks...lucky lucky girl...she is my world traveller ...... this is her second school trip overseas..... when i was in school our Big trip was to the ice rink...

She's gonna love it! I went to Europe a couple years ago...and am still dreaming in french.
I love scottie dogs! I used to be a weekend nanny in high school for a family who's last name had the word "scotti" in it, and they owned an auto dealership called Scottie Motors with the cute little pup as their symbol. Adorable. :o) How much fun your daughter will have in Europe! Wishing her a wonderful trip!
