Oh Koralee, how I wish I had a lilac in my garden here. I had one at another house years ago. How I loved it. I saw two starting to bloom on my way to work last Wednesday! Spring has sprung!

Hello Koralee, There is nothing like the lovely smell of fresh lilacs, they always remind my of my grandmother Carmella, she had rows of them at her home which bordered the prettiest church...I can still hear the church bells ringing and smell the lilacs during the spring months. Lovely post and gentle reminders for us all to savor.

Hi Koralee! I'm looking forward to my lilacs!
They are so amazingly fragrant, aren't they!

Breathing, deeply... so important for relaxation and clear thinking.

I tell my students to hunch over {like they do sometimes} and try to take a deep breath...
It's difficult.
Then, I tell them to sit up straight and try breathing deeply again. They can fill up their lungs!
... so much better for thinking and energizing the body and mind!

I LOVE your blue chair... What a GREAT chair!
It is so nostalgic for me to see one like that!

*Have a great week dear ♥

I am relaxing and breathing better now that I've popped in to visit you! There's somthing so heartwarmingly beautiful about going outside and picking your own bouquet!

What a charming soul you are! Thanks for doing what you do each day.

And btw...your photo/quote of the day is so true....I find it so completely draining to visit or come in contact with negative people....it's like they suck the very marrow of happiness right from my soul!....

Ciao from the East....
