on no! sorry to hear about your dental troubles...i completely understand and i am facing the same fear...i have decided to do sedation dentistry and get it over with while sleeping away. i am still putting it off though.......err.

So sorry to hear about your dental work trauma. I totally understand and have had my share of dentist chair stories....
I find that listening to my mp3 player (loaded with calming happy music)helps me a lot during a dental visit. Hope this helps and try not to stress out too much :)

Thank you for stopping by on this lovely, gray day! I love gray days....now there is a twisted, creative mind for ya! We just came in from being out shopping, enjoying seeing the Christmas lights go up in the community and having a bit of freezing drizzle. The children are now on vacation, but we have conferences tomorrow and a meeting Tuesday! BUT OUR TURKEY DAY IS THURSDAY and we plan on rejoicing in a quiet little house.
