HELLO, my friend,
Did you know that if we wanted to be able to say "hello" to everyone in the world in their own language we would need to learn as many as 6800!?! I don't know if I could even name more than 20! :)
A little trivia for you to ponder...
Blessings!

Susan said...

That's 6800.!. The exclamation point makes it look like 68001. :)
And, ha ha, I'm not sure I can name more that 201 different languages!
Let's see...French, Spanish, Italian...

YES! EMPHATICALLY, YES! Oh, I will do this for I think we need to be the first to DO THE RIGHT THING...even if the other person never reciprocates....pray for me dearest; I am being observed this morning and I always feel threatened! I did not have a chance to visit everyone this morning, but I had to come to visit YOU. BLESSINGS, Anita

HELLO KORALEE,
YES, IT IS A NICE WAY TO BE.
MY HUSBAND WAS ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE TO SAY "HELLO", I DIDN'T, BECAUSE I THOUGHT I DON'T REALLY KNOW THAT PERSON. AS THE YEARS WENT BY I REALIZED IT WAS A GOOD THING TO SAY HELLO FIRST, MY HUSBAND TAUGHT ME THAT. NOW WITHOUT EVEN THINKING, I AUTOMATICALLY SAY HI OR HELLO.
IT FEELS GOOD, AND YOU KNOW WHAT I FIND MYSELF SMILING, AND ALSO THE PERSON I SAID HELLO TO. GOOD POST TODAY, PRETTY TEACUP. HAVE A NICE SUNNY DAY. RIZZI

Very cute! I always try to say hi to people first if it might be awkward or if I haven't seen them since high school or something so I don't seem snobby...but the bad part of that is a few times...it was the wrong person...my husband gets so embarrassed! One time the lady was like, "I DON"T KNOW YOU!!!" :) Then even I was embarrassed :) I totally thought I did!
