vintage wishes......

I came up with a very easy
 and
oh so charming
way to send your
Christmas wishes
this year

all that you need is.......

 ~some sweet vintage notes
{I found a package in a charity shop}
these do not even have to be Christmas related
mine are rosy notes that are blank inside

~a date stamp with a sweet sentiment
{found at a craft store}

~some glitter to sprinkle onto your notes to add a bit of winter frosting
{I used white glitter and a bit of clear glue to make it stick}

~ pretty coloured crochet cotton to tie through the notes

~so easy~

nothing is better than receiving a
Christmas card
in the mail
I so encourage you all to handwrite some sweet sentiments
this year for family and friends
they will so appreciate your effort

My home is starting to fill up with my
 Handmade Christmas Ideas
I hope to share bits and pieces
all December long
so pop back really soon and see what
I use to hang my Christmas cards on
you might be very surprised

You can find this idea along with me
in
Matthew Mead's
Holiday
book
{found here}

Can't wait to see how you display your cards. I love seeing that. I have a box shaped like a big Christmas book. I put it on the coffee table, then anyone can look in the box.:):) Smiles , Susie

Koralee-What a sweet idea. I love it. My friend had a second hand store and every year she would send out Christmas cards that she got in previous years with the name of her store on a label where the original person signed it. I always thought that was so clever. xo Diana

I too love note cards and Christmas cards in the mail, and my current blog post is about having children write note card thank you cards. Let's not allow this to become a lost art.

GOOD MORNING LOVELY ONE!

Oh dearest, you have a great way of packing in TONS of love in small ways. I need to do that! I am always thinking SO BIG that I end up getting overwhelmed and unable to send even the smallest sentiment. This is a great idea!

Thank you for visiting last night. I loved to hear about your decorating adventures! I would also love to see your twinkling lights and I bet you DID have so much fun baking! I am still wildly running around with orders but all is well and I am thinking of YOU!

I wish you peace, joy, health and a treasure of new memories and OH! Your daughter will be arriving soon! THEN LET THE HOUSE DECORATING BEING!

Sending YOU a bunch of love, Anita
