Our ground was covered with a dusting of snow last week and then we got rain and warmer temps so it's gone again. This morning it was back to being cold, which always feels so frigid when there's no snow.
No snow here yet in york ,very disapointing especially as last year we were covered ,it was so cold the pond opposite our house was completely frozen over and on christmas day the children were skating on it xxx

oh no ... no snow overhere . Inside we are all in white ...... Started by the girls . Anna was visiting from France to support her sister and the girls wanted to watch lots of movies in the evenings ... I had two sofa's in my livingroom but when Thomas left the house I gave him one to take with him .....I needed space and change . But only one sofa is a bit scarce ..... We are having so many visitors these days ... so Anna and Elisabeth put the sofa from Anna (storaged upstairs ) in my livingroom . We had new white covers for both sofa's and all of a sudden red had to make place for white .... Feels like a make-over . Lots of hugs for you dearest

Frosty weather is what we have now. I see some snowflakes in the forecast, but it seems that there's nothing serious. Doreen gave me a basket of sprinkles and big snowflakes to top my Christmas cuppie cakes! ... so my kitchen is all set with a fine "dusting" of sparkling snow! I hope you had a lovely weekend and that the next three days are JOYfilled. I'm sure by Wednesday afternoon, you'll be sitting with a quiet cuppa "Christmasy tea." ♥ Maria
