remember this cake?

this was my last years Valentine project

I dragged some of you into this project with me

we struggled with this one together

that's what friends do best

 it was no easy feat getting that heart perfectly centred in that cake

it was just by pure luck that I had sweet victory

not to worry my sweet friends there is no challenge in

the works this year

but I know if I had something up my sleeve

you guys would be right there with me

that's what friends do best

 plus a big thank you HUG  for all the well wishes

you sent my way in the last post

I am happy to report I am feeling 80% better

I call it my wonky square heart

{but it does look like lips...... kiss cake?}

the UGLY......
first attempt making the white cake
{which should of been the easiest part}
I failed miserably
could not get the cake out of the
pans without it
breaking into pieces
but
second attempt I got it right

my favorite part....the red velvet
