add 1/4 cup of hard cinnamon candies

to

1.5 litres of apple cider

simmer over low heat until candies have melted

serve warm

adding one inch all around
~make a loose running stitch one half inch

~slightly pull the thread to gather the fabric
~stuff lightly with polyester stuffing to look like a pillow
~use hot glue gun to apply glue to inside of container
~place the fabric cushion into the container

Opening Ceremony of the

2010 Winter Olympics

Vancouver is filled with the Olympic spirit

It is so much fun walking the streets and seeing the sights

I have watched the Russian Figure Skating team practice...what a treat!

I have my official RED Olympic mittens ready

to cheer on the Olympians

{they were soooo hard to find as the whole Country has been wanting a pair}

Watch for me.....

I will be the one waving to you with my red mittens

Oh how I LOVE the Olympics.....

especially when they are in my own backyard
