This is actually our THIRD week back so it's been smooth sailing for me for a while now.....until this weekend....both kids got their first colds! :( Whaddayagonnado? They're just little petri dishes on legs..... Keep smilin' and give 'em extra hugs!
Oh this looks really yummy, Koralee! Do you drink tea with that special honey at school? I love my "cheap London Fogs" I call them that because it's my "at school version" {earl grey tea with a little Coffeemate french vanilla mini-creamer.}

Ha...we shall see how our new curriculum is going to pan out...I am bushed. I am going to be because I wore heels today. I always wear heels to school, but I forget that I haven't worn them all summer! SO.....my calves, hips and derrière are so sore!!!!

Ooooo! What a pretty new profile photo of your sweet one! Black and white photos just enchant me....and yes, I do wear pearls, heels, tulle skirts and such because I love to dress so! One little boy told me one year, "Madame, I will NEVER forget your CLOTHS!" heeee! Yes, day two; more guided discovery of our reading center and some more GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER activities and some more business to attend such as labeling notebooks, but so far, I THINK, I have a handle on this, but there are so many facets of the English that I can only go one day at a time. AND YOUR STUDENTS MUST LOVE YA!!!!! Isn't it also remarkable how those students who were your toughest to crack come back and just show such affection?
